Robert Broughton

Robert Broughton, Partner

Robert joined Headleys in 1980 and qualified in 1982 after studying at the Guildford College of Law. Robert is responsible for managing Headley’s two offices, overseeing the 20-strong team as well as handling commercial property and civil litigation cases. Robert specialises in personal injury claims and provides clients with intelligent, concise and considered legal advice.

Kevin McCole

Kevin McCole, Partner

After studying at the Guildford Law College, Kevin joined Headleys in 1984 and qualified in 1986. Kevin has responsibility for many areas of the practice and regularly represents clients in commercial property, business law, general conveyancing and civil litigation. Kevin also engages in court and advocacy work, focusing predominantly on prosecuting for the RSPCA.

Rod Stephenson

Rod Stephenson, Partner

Rod joined the practice in 1991. Now a partner in the practice, he is a member of Resolution and deals exclusively with Family Law issues both in contested Court proceedings and in negotiation processes. Rod’s expertise lies in dealing with disputes constructively, preserving dignity and encouraging agreement where possible.

Paul Lawrence

Paul Lawrence, Associate

Paul joined Headleys in 2005 having worked in the past at Owstons solicitors in Leicester, prior to the firm’s merger with Harvey Ingram. Paul deals with all aspects of the drafting of Wills, Probate for estates and inheritance tax planning.

Jenny Reynolds

Jenny Reynolds, Property Lawyer

Jenny joined Headleys in 1996 having worked as a property lawyer in Leicester, before which she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1991. Jenny primarily deals with Residential Freehold and Leasehold conveyancing and all legal issues relating to property law. She is also an experienced Wills & Probate lawyer.

Kelly Roberts

Kelly Roberts, Associate

Kelly worked as an estate agent from the age of 19 and chose to move into the legal profession thereafter. She joined Headleys in 2006 from a Birmingham Practice, where she worked as a Conveyancer for three years. Since joining Headleys, Kelly has become an Associate of the Institute of Legal Executives and regularly receives praise from clients for her efficient and timely handling of conveyancing transactions.
